Cancellations made before 7 days of booking any trip package or workshop: Eligible for a full refund (minus
any non-refundable processing fees or third-party charges).
Cancellations made after more than 7 days from booking: No refund will be issued.
In case Wildheart Odyssey cancels a trip (due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, safety
concerns, or lack of minimum participants), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method, though
bank/processing delays may occur.
Note: We are not responsible for refunds related to third-party providers (e.g., hotels, transport service).
These will be communicated at the time of booking and will override the general policy above.

Treat fellow travelers, guides, and locals with kindness and respect. Discriminatory, sexist, or bigoted
behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service without refund.
Wildheart Odyssey is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from third-party providers.
